Strategic thinking and planning to develop, propose and implement mid-term and long-term marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands with strategic key growth drivers, based on solid SWOT analysis
Develop and implement detailed annual marketing plans with execution excellence to achieve agreed objectives including sales volumes, sales values, market shares, profitability and other marketing KPIs with effective management and measurement of key marketing activities, campaigns and promotions.
Ensure all marketing promotions and consumer activities are implemented effectively and efficiently with strong collaboration with sales team via regular dialogues and consultation, and relevant pre and post measurement and evaluation.
Optimize the allocation and utilization of marketing resources and A&P budget to maximize the effectiveness of A&P spend with strategic prioritization and relevant ROI analysis.
Lead the management of advertising, PR, event, digital, media and creative agencies with strong partnership to drive effective brand building, promotion and brand communications.
Develop effective pricing strategy and promotion tactics to compete effectively with key competitors and drive consistent sell-in and off-take growth.
Manage the brand development and improvement process via relevant evaluation of concept and/or product testing with in-depth knowledge/ skills in consumer research/ fact-finding and
strong collaboration with all key stakeholders (internal and external) and propose strategic recommendations/ business cases.
Consistently monitor of brand performance via regular trade visits, in-depth analysis of key data (sales, distribution, display and pricing) and tracking of competitors’ activities, promotions and launches
Coach, train and guide the Brand Team, leveraging team effectiveness, leadership and people management to drive high performance culture and solid marketing competence, guided by aligned marketing strategy and annual marketing plans.
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years at management level in the FMCG industry.
Strong in strategic thinking, planning, coordination and executions with resourceful and industrious teamwork approach.
Enjoy working independently with minimal supervision, maximum self-drive, high self-discipline and superb team leadership capability.
Must possess at least a Degree with strong people and project management capability and solid communication and collaboration skills.
