Responsibilities:
  • Office management and project administration support to CEO.
  • Manage day to day schedules and diaries.
  • Organise company / project and or guest relations
  • Developing presentations form draft input with latest PowerPoint techniques.
  • Co-ordinate and set-up meetings as required by managers.
  • Collect / collate monthly reports related to monthly meetings.
  • Take minutes in meetings involving CEO where necessary
  • Ensure good working relationship is maintained with all departments.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Secretarial or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as administrative assistant or secretary.
  • Able to operate MS Office (latest version) with high proficiency (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to communicate effectively, excellent written and spoken English…
  • Knowledge, principles and practices of filling systems.
  • Having excellent correspondence & administrative skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Have good personality and interpersonal skills.
  • Good team players as well as independent worker.
  • Confident, trustworthy and have high integrity, can keep private and confidential.
  • Candidate with a manufacturing and MNC company background is preferable.
  • Preferably senior secretary position aspiring to become an executive secretary.
