Sales Operation Executive (Export)
  • Data Management: To manage and evaluate data to determine the effectiveness of a product or campaign.
  • Contract Proposals: To creates contracts that satisfy both company and customer needs.
  • Application Management: To produce data for the sales team, sales operation employees must oversee the use of various applications and platforms.
  • Sales Forecasting: Allows employees to forecast future sales by recognising past trends.
  • Territory Definition: Able to outline and define various sales territories.
  • Training: Responsible to provide training for new and current employees to have a successful sales team.
  • Evaluation and Implementation: Ensure the success of a product or implement new sales plan if the evaluation yields unsatisfactory results by evaluating data.
  • Performance Management: High performances are rewarded and poor performances must be acknowledged and resolved.
  • Sales Strategy: To set strategy and future goals for a sales team.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree,or equivalent
  • Two to three years working experience in FMCG industry for export market
  • Required skills : Negotiation, Sales, Leadership and Communication
  • Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Good network with international customers for Export Division.
  • Fully mobile and should be able to travel overseas when it is require.
  • A team player working hand in hand with various department in within the company.
  • Overseas experience is required and with fully knowledge on export procedures.
