Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the project from conceptual stage to completion.
  • Review the project in depth to schedule deliverables and estimate cost.
  • Lead day-to-day activities like design development, cost and quality control, project monitoring and liaison with consultants, contractor and authorities.
  • Prepare internal and external report pertaining to job status and meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the user of proper construction techniques.
  • Assist the cost and contracts department in project tender, quotations, prequalification and identification of suitable contractors, suppliers and consultants.
  • Assist in Certificate of Completion and Compliance.
  • And all others duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of project experience ideally in a Construction, Food/FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent project and people management skills
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills with the ability to direct client, consultant and contractor.
  • Strong communication skills and a wide network of contractor/supplier contacts.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced setting having to manage between multiple stakeholders would be ideal for the job.
