Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients in HORECA channel, Duty Free, Direct Business, Corporate/Institutions, government agencies, Tender Sales and OEM business.
Building great relationships with existing and new corporate clients (B2B management) to increase product penetration, sales growth and business expansion.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests on Project Management and special tasks on ad hoc basis.
Identify opportunities for products, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales and company’s performance, based on the assessments of the current marketing opportunities and research.
Work closely with Distributors and Field Sales Manager/ Key Account Manager to achieve execution excellence and efficiency in order to achieve overall company Sales and Commercial targets.
A recognized diploma or degree in Business Studies or equivalent disciplines
Must possess at least 8 years of sales management experience in FMCG industry (retail or HORECA)
Possess excellent skills in communications, analytical and close follow-up on executions
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Must have high energy, computer literate, and willing to travel extensively
