Business Development Manager (Northern Region)
  • Responsible for heading up expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients in HORECA channel, Duty Free, Direct Business, Corporate/Institutions, government agencies, Tender Sales and OEM business.
  • Building great relationships with existing and new corporate clients (B2B management) to increase product penetration, sales growth and business expansion.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests on Project Management and special tasks on ad hoc basis.
  • Identify opportunities for products, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales and company’s performance, based on the assessments of the current marketing opportunities and research.
  • Work closely with Distributors and Field Sales Manager/ Key Account Manager to achieve execution excellence and efficiency in order to achieve overall company Sales and Commercial targets.
Requirements :
  • A recognized diploma or degree in Business Studies or equivalent disciplines
  • Must possess at least 8 years of sales management experience in FMCG industry (retail or HORECA)
  • Possess excellent skills in communications, analytical and close follow-up on executions
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Must have high energy, computer literate, and willing to travel extensively
