Senior QA Executive
  • Conduct periodic audit to ensures the quality standards are observed and maintained at all times
  • To maintain QMS, ISO 9001 according to the relevant Food Quality Standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, MeSTI)
  • To assist with Halal certification audits (JAKIM, MUI)
  • To support sustainability program certification for RSPO and UTZ
  • To coordinate periodical Food Safety Meeting, conduct Internal Quality audit and trainings
  • Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options and implementing action plans.
  • Validate quality processes, establish and/or update product specifications and quality attributes, determine quality standards and update quality procedures
  • Support incoming quality issues
  • Coordinate with Sales team on customer/consumer survey
  • Liaison with government agencies i.e. MOH, DVS, etc. when required
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
  • Monitor pest control program, factory hygiene and cleanliness in general
  • Manages lines troubleshooting when there is incompliance of Critical Control Point, out of specification for quality parameters and line related issues and support production trials.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Chemistry, Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good attributes in leadership and decision making
  • Registered Food Analyst will be an advantage
  • The incumbent to this position should be one who is keen and has the potential to take up managerial role in the near future.
