Brand Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Overall functional responsibilities include developing, implementing and controlling of agreed marketing activities;
  • Budget management of agreed marketing activities from resources proposal to tracking and controlling of agreed budget;
  • Overall management of relevant marketing research to assess performance and impact of marketing activities implemented;
  • Overseeing the implementation of the merchandising and visibility of products;
  • New trade knowledge and consumer insights in a challenging economic environment via regular market visit and continuous dialogs with sales teams and agencies to assess brand performance and competitors’ activities.
  • Develop and execute marketing activities of promotion, PR and sponsorship that support the brands’ objectives;
  • Manage and control budget for agreed marketing activities;
  • Track performance of marketing activities implemented;
  • Effective communication of brand promotional and sponsorship activities to the media, public and internally;
  • Market visits to keep abreast with market information;
  • Liaise with DKHS, advertising, media, promotions and public relations agencies;
  • Good interaction within Sales, R&D,QA/AC, Production, Purchasing and Finance;
  • Product portfolio forecasting;
  • Create innovative consumer connect promotions and sponsorship to achieve agreed objectives;
  • Handle the public relations sponsorship role for the brands.


  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing or related discipline;
  • Strong management skills such as planning, execution and implementation;
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position;
  • Working experience in a FMCG environment would be an added advantage;
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
